- Sign-in and activity logs in the control panel (date, action and IP address) to protect your account.
- Operational data of your services needed to provide them (server state, usage, addresses).
- Display preferences (language and theme) are stored in your browser only.
2. Why we use your data
- To open your account and provide and operate the services you order.
- To review payments and issue invoices and receipts.
- To contact you about your orders, invoices and account security.
- To send announcements and offers about our services — you can stop them at any time with the unsubscribe link in the message.
- To protect the platform from fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
3. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in and another to protect forms against forged requests. We do not use advertising trackers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it when needed with:
- The infrastructure and data-centre partners your services run on.
- The email provider we use to send account and invoice messages.
- Competent authorities when there is a binding legal request.
These partners must protect the data and use it only for the stated purpose.
5. Where your data is stored
Your account data is stored on our servers; your services' data may be stored in the data centre you chose (such as Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, the United States, Singapore or Syria).
6. Retention
- We keep account data for as long as your account exists.
- We keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law and accounting require.
- Data of cancelled or suspended services is deleted within the periods stated in the Terms of Service.
7. How we protect your data
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page of the website and the control panel.
- Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read by anyone.
- Sensitive data such as server passwords is encrypted, and access is limited to those who need it.
8. Your rights
- See and correct your data from your profile page.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, unless we are legally required to keep some of it.
- Stop marketing messages at any time.
